Aero Brake Engineering Building

Aero Brake Engineering is a company that designs and produces the brakes for airplanes. The facility is 6,000 square feet. This building has offices for clerical and engineering personal, product testing, equipment storage and warehouse space. The construction of the building was all steel with stone and stucco façade. To meet water quality requirements, the parking lot was done using permeable pavers with piping back to water quality and detention ponds.

Interior construction was metal stud and sheetrock with walls tall enough to allow sound control but low enough to allow the conveyance of Sun Light throughout the interior.
