The Modern Villa

This home is a owner inspired lake view design in conjunction with the architect and Casey Building Company. The home was designed around the lake view and the home owner's art collection. With high quality windows, ultra efficient air conditioning, generous roof overhangs and intelligent house placement on the lot, this home is exceptionally affordable to operate. Exterior veneers are both aesthetically pleasing and extremely durable to allow for easy living without maintenance headaches. Where possible, the natural landscape was preserved to add to the ambiance of hill country contemporary living. The interior of this home was designed by Casey Building Company. It features custom cabinetry, beautiful natural stone flooring, imported custom light fixtures, all integrated to fit the style of both the house and the client's art collection.
